Tavie's explanations use credits: a full lesson with narration uses about 7 to 15, a question 1 to 3. Anything already made replays for free. New accounts get 20 free credits. The monthly plan adds 500 credits each month; the yearly plan adds 500 the first month, then 300 every month; top-ups add credits that never expire.

Restoring purchases

Sign in with the same Apple account, then open Settings, Account, Restore purchases.

Cancelling a plan

Open the Settings app on your iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose ExplainBook. Or use Manage subscription on the Plans screen in the app.

Deleting your account

Settings, Account, Delete account. Your documents and notes on the device stay.
